One daily command center now combines the roadbook, staged Google Maps routing, exact must-stop POIs, conditional route decisions and offline GPX backups. Google Maps executes the road; the GPX preserves the master plan.

Review the KSU, detailed timeline and GREEN / AMBER / RED conditions before the bikes move.
Use the staged Google Maps buttons so Google cannot silently shortcut the key roads.
Use OsmAnd only as the fixed-track backup when coverage/routing fails.

30 September protects Route Napoléon and the full clockwise D23 before the Riez/Manosque accommodation decision. On 1 October, Gorges de la Nesque is protected and Ventoux is planned when the Bédoin weather/time gate is GREEN. Sète operational target: 17:00.

Riez before ~18:15 and fresh: bias Manosque. 18:15–18:40: group decision. After ~18:40 or tired: stay Riez.
Start ~08:00 from Riez or ~08:30 from Manosque. Ride Nesque properly before the Bédoin decision.
Bédoin ≤12:45: go. 12:45–13:15: weather/time judgement. Later or bad wind/cloud/closure: skip.
Target Malaucène departure 14:00–14:15; preferred latest ~14:30. Operational Sète target 17:00; hard check-in close 19:00.
