One daily command center now combines the roadbook, staged Google Maps routing, exact must-stop POIs, conditional route decisions and offline GPX backups. Google Maps executes the road; the GPX preserves the master plan.

Select a date for the complete operating plan: KSU, hour-by-hour timeline, cutoffs, route stages, live map, Google Maps links, must-stop POIs and offline GPX backup.
Review the KSU, detailed timeline and GREEN / AMBER / RED conditions before the bikes move.
Use the staged Google Maps buttons so Google cannot silently shortcut the key roads.
Use OsmAnd only as the fixed-track backup when coverage/routing fails.

Route Napoléon and Verdon are the core. Gorges de la Nesque is planned for 1 October, with a skip option if late. Ventoux is the first cut; protect the 16:00 Sète arrival target.
Genoa bikes rolling by ~09:30 → Route Napoléon → Castellane → Point Sublime → full clockwise D23 → Manosque.
09:30–10:15 → keep Route Napoléon + best Verdon viewpoints; shorten the D23 loop.
Leave Manosque by ~06:15 → Sault → Gorges de la Nesque → Bédoin → Ventoux → Malaucène → fast transfer to Sète.
Ventoux windy/foggy/wet but canyon safe → ride Nesque, skip summit, protect Sète.
At Sault, if live routing including stops no longer preserves Sète by 15:00, skip Nesque too. Heavy rain or poor group condition → direct Sète; 16:00 arrival target wins.
